What is the difference between
Coaching and Counselling?
Coaching is about change.
It is often action-focused and forward-looking, using tools, strategies, and accountability to help you create change.
Counselling tends to be reflective and therapeutic, allowing you space to process feelings at your own pace.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in your thoughts, and completely lost. When I separated from my partner of 11 years, I found myself struggling to rebuild my sense of self and navigate the emotional chaos of a major life transition. Working with a life coach during that time was a turning point — it helped me reconnect with who I was, gave me practical tools to move forward, and most importantly, inspired me to train as a life coach for parents and individuals going through similar struggles.
Since then, I’ve qualified as a certified life coach and continued to build on my training in emotional resilience, mental wellbeing, and support for parents. I now help people move through challenges like parental burnout, identity loss, stress, and overwhelm. My coaching style is grounded in empathy, honesty, and real-life experience — helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

When I’m not working with clients one-to-one, you’ll often find me out in the community, connecting with parents through my wellbeing workshops for mums and dads. As a single mum of three, I know first-hand how relentless parenting can feel. I’m constantly using the same tools I teach — from managing emotional overload to setting boundaries and rebuilding your energy. My work isn’t just something I do — it’s something I live every single day. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting parents to feel empowered, heard, and hopeful again.
