how does it work?

The conversation starts with you.

Each session is shaped around your needs — some will be focused on you talking through your thoughts and feelings, while others will be more structured, with me guiding you through action plans, mind maps, or tools to help shift habits and behaviours that are holding you back.
This is a partnership — and that means there’s work to do between sessions too. I’ll gently hold you accountable so you stay focused on the goals you’ve set and the changes you want to make.
We’ll explore what’s really going on — including limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and the barriers keeping you stuck. I’ll support you with honest feedback, compassionate challenge, and clear next steps. I’m known for being warm, real, and direct — helping you think outside the box and find practical ways forward.
Whether you’re here for coaching after separation, support with parental burnout, or simply craving clarity and confidence, your sessions will be led by what you need most — and grounded in real-life tools that work.

Sessions are held via video call or in-person in London, at times that suit your schedule.

duration

I offer customizable coaching packages that can last anywhere from day sessions to a year. 
My most popular programmes are ‘Break up to Break through’ and my six month course.  
Generally sessions are 50 minutes long but I can offer 90 minute sessions for people who want to explore deeper.
Bespoke packages upon request.
