About me
I’m a busy mum of three, and like many parents, I’ve been through my share of tough times — including a difficult separation. I know what it’s like to feel emotionally drained, stretched too thin, and unsure of who you are anymore.
Parenthood can be overwhelming. We run on autopilot, keep the plates spinning, and often put on a brave face while silently struggling.
But everything changed when I chose to invest in myself.
Through self-care, emotional healing, and life coaching, I began to feel like a happier mum — and rediscovered who I am as a woman. That decision didn’t just change my life — it allowed me to show up more fully for my children and inspire others to do the same.
Why choose me?
Now, as a Parental Wellbeing Coach, I support mums and dads who are ready to take that same step — whether you're facing parental burnout, a single parent, or just feeling lost in the daily grind.
Because relationships change. Priorities shift. But YOUR needs still matter.
So ask yourself — how many of your needs are being met right now?
If you're ready to start putting yourself back on the list, I’m here to help.
My qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Counselling and CBT, as well as a Diploma in Life Coaching, with a focus on parental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and mental health support. I’m also a certified Mental Health First Aider, which allows me to support people through emotional challenges with compassion and confidence.
My journey started years ago with a degree in Business and Tourism, and although my path has evolved, one thing has remained constant — my natural ability to connect with people. Whether it’s been with guests, employees, friends, or fellow parents, building trust and creating space for honest conversation has always been one of my greatest strengths.
All of this — my life experience, my training, and my deep belief in the power of self-investment — comes together in the work I do now as a Parental Wellbeing Coach.
