Welcome to the Mindful Parent Hub
The Mindful Parent Hub was co-founded by myself, Gemma, and Sima Rahman-Huang, founder of Artists Apothecary, from both professional experience and personal understanding of how overwhelming parenting can feel.As a parental wellbeing coach — and a mum myself — I saw how many parents were struggling in silence with stress, emotional overload, and burnout, with very little space to pause, reflect, or be supported. Together, we wanted to create something different: a supportive space where parents could focus on their wellbeing, using art therapy techniques to help you switch off.
The Mindful Parent Hub is dedicated to empowering parents with the tools, support, and guidance they need to raise children with intention, compassion, and mindfulness — while also protecting their own mental and emotional health.By joining our parent wellbeing workshops, you give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and connect with others who truly understand the realities of parenting. This time for yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s a powerful step in preventing parental burnout and restoring balance.Each session blends mindfulness practices with creative art therapy techniques, led by Sima, offering a gentle, hands-on way to calm the nervous system, switch off busy thoughts, and reconnect with yourself. No artistic experience is needed — just a willingness to take a little space for you.After a hugely successful year running three full workshop series last year, we’re excited to be returning this February — now across three locations, making our parental wellbeing support more accessible than ever.The Mindful Parent Hub is a nurturing, non-judgemental space to learn, grow, and be supported, while prioritising your own wellbeing alongside your family’s.Because calmer parents create calmer homes — and you deserve support too.
